OTC drug being tested for myelination/MS

Saw this article today on Medpage about the OTC drug Tavist (clemastine fumarate), which is a 1st gen antihistamine, being tested in a new double blind trial with people after it showed ability in cell culture to remyelinate cells. Wonder what the side effects would be for normal people taking this as noopt?
