I've read numerous articles recently which claim that the physical attractiveness of a person (at least for males) is governed largely by their immune systems. Those that were ranked as more attractive apparently had a greater immune response (natural killer cells, antibody production, etc).

Therefore, it would make sense to deduce that supplements which bolster this system would result in an enhancement of attractiveness.
Herbs that immediately spring to mind are:
Siberian Ginseng,
Spirulina,
Maitake,
and Turkey Tail.

Do you guys reckon there may be some validity in this suggestion?

Note: I have NOT included other immune-boosting herbs (including Echinacea and Tinospora) as these have been found to reduce the action of Testosterone, which also plays a big part in male attractiveness.
Higher testosterone seems to work synergistically with healthy immune systems and lower cortisol - for maximum attractiveness. This makes logical sense, as these 3 attributes are like 3 big flags to the woman that the guy is going to produce healthy offspring.

As far as female attractiveness goes, the literature seems to suggest that only lower cortisol is a key player, and that immunity is NOT related, although personally I am rather sceptical about this.

This is a largely preposterous proposition. Specifically - "physical attractiveness of a person (at least for males) is governed largely by their immune systems". Dogs and other animals tend to sniff groins and probably garner vastly more useful information than the furtive glance or sly wink from across the room. No doubt there is a lot of somatic-romantic messaging that takes place when it gets up close and personal -- as evidenced by all sorts of smell tests -- but the reality is that your chances of being more attractive based on cortisol manipulation are as absurd as wearing an amulet for initial attraction and conversation.

I'd suggest you focus on having female friends and enjoying their company for what it is. Being at ease with some attractive stranger is the greatest aphrodisiac there is. Too bad many of us discover this so late.

That doesn't make much sense. The greater immune system response is not the cause for the attractiveness, but a concomitant phenomena. It's not like your face will physically change once you start having a better immune response by taking some supplements..

Those with better immune system are less subject to the ravages of time and disease. They are less likely to have skin blemishes and other minor malformations, hence more attractive. But having a hgh immune system due to immune system boosters is not the same thing as always having had a good immune system. Basically accute usage of immune system boosters is not likely to have positive effects on one's attractiveness and looks, but chronic usage of a long period of time might help maintain looks.

Why should that be the case? An over-revved immune system means more inflammation, doesn't it? wouldn't this tend to be a bad thing for appearance? I don't think there's a ghost of a chance that immune boosters will do a thing for appearance.

I'd like to see one of these articles claiming that physical appearance in males is governed by immune function. That just sounds like a complete load.

Well an overactive immune system would mean increased inflamation, but a healthier immune system would not.

Either way, accute usage of immune boosters is likely to have little or no effect on attractiveness as measured by a third party through looks. They might smell different, but that's about it.

Never heard of this before. What I do know is that women almost always tend towards more masculine, testosterone pumped men when they are ovulating. So, even emo girls who prefer skinny men in tight jeans will, presumably, be more attracted, or drawn, to the more physically masculine man during certain periods in each month.

So, IMO, you would be better served trying to boost actual testosterone and musculature in order to attract females.

What I personally use is D-aspartic-acid. It is as cheap as dirt and clinically proven to raise testosterone levels by 42% in 3 months. Below is a synopsis of the actual study.

I also complement this with an estrogen suppressant, since T(test)/E(estro) levels condition each other. In other words, when you lower estrogen, testosterone increases. There are numerous studies proving this. There are some OTC options but Research Chemicals are more effective.

More you feel yourself (I mean yourself feel you as a ONE) More girl you will atract, it's very likely self-confidence but it's a bit more complex. Good imune system lead to good health which lead to good mental health which lead to self confidence.

It's all about health. Healthy people are ranked as more attractive. There are many components to good health and the immune sys is just one of them.

So, to increase your attractiveness to females you only need to make sure you're healthy.

PS
It's easy to spot a healthy animal in a group of average individuals. It's the shine of the coat, or the brightness of feathers, the grace of its gait, etc. Yeah, good health shows in so many ways. I bet if you catch this animal and test its immune sys characteristics they too will turn out superior.
