Hello there,

I wanted to ask if somebody knows anything about the current state of Crebinostat ?

Like:

Does it stay as a research chemical or will it be released ?

What is the safety profile ?
e,g, Carciogenic or does it cause irreversible changes to Cell metabolism, etc..

Feel free to discuss any related things to it.

Unfortunaetly not. I´m a bit worried, because there were no human trials made for this particular compound.

Well, here is the full paper so we can take a deeper look into this
I've seen too much interest in HDAC inhibitors, specially HDAC2i for memory and plasticity.
