Anybody know if the Nitro: Micronized Resveratrol is supposed to contain liquid or powder form?

Has anyone here tried the RevGenetics nitro micronized resveratrol?

Do you know if the capsules are supposed to contain resveratrol in a liquid or powder form?

Is it possible that the nitrogen converts the powder form to a liquid form?
