So I'll be finishing up with my course of isotretinoin (Accutane) next week, and I'm just looking for a little feedback on some supplements I plan on taking to get my body back into fully functioning form again.

Some things I'm looking for: continued reduction of sebum while simultaneously boosting skin moisture, combating fatigue, erasing brain fog, restoring my hair to its previous volume via cessation of shedding, and, of course, general longevity/ well-being.

I'm 21 years old, male.

I think it's also important to note that I'm currently prescribed Vyvanse and Adderall for ADHD (college student here). I plan on alternating my ADHD medication with the following supplements every other day (i.e., Monday, Wednesday, Friday, I would take 30 mg Vyvanse in morning, 5 mg Adderall in afternoon).

4x LEF Super Omega-3 (2400 mg of Omega-3, 600 mg Olive Extract, 20 mg Sesame Seed lignan extract)
2x LEF CR Mimetics (250 mg Resveratrol, 3 mg pterostilbene, 150 mg quercetin, 50 mg Masquelier's OPCs, 300 mg decaf black tea extract, 48 mg fisetin)
1x LEF Super Bio-Curcumin (400 mg)
And Vitamin D3 (probably 2000 ius)

Does this stack sound solid? Would it help to offset any tolerance build-up/ negative side effects from the amphetamines? Is it best to take these all at once in the morning? Is it wise to take the Fish Oil with the Vyvanse, too, or would the olive extract potentially interfere with the liver's metabolism of it?

I know there's some talk that resveratrol may stunt growth in young adults, but would 250 mg really make that much of an impact, if it indeed does affect growth at all? Also, I know green tea and curcumin have shown to be opposing each other when consumed simultaneously, but does the phenomenon occur with black tea? Lastly, does the sweet ganj-- that oh so lovely effervescent herb-- interfere with any of the aforementioned supplements if I toke twice a week? Any comments here would be much appreciated.
