Hello all

I'm just wondering how do I take my Piracetam and Choline if I need it ?

Should I take the two together or take my piracetam, wait for a bit and then my choline ?

Thank you

Others may have different opinions but generally you will want to take them at separate times. Take a dose of piracetam when you wake up before you shower. Since piracetam has a half-life of about 6 hours, take a choline dose after 6 hours from taking your first piracetam dose. Then wait an hour or two and dose piracetam again. I'd then recommend taking another choline dose with your last meal before bed.
I think for most people 2g of piracetam per dose and 500mg-1g choline per dose is the usual amount. But with everything you will have to fine tune the exact routing based on how you feel.

You may need some form of energy supplement if you start feeling tired. Caffeine, ALCAR, fish oil, multivitamins, and others are recommended for support with Piracetam.
Hope I helped!

Well, yesterday I took 1 gram in the morning and 1 gram in the evening and felt nothing. I've heard that 4.8 grams is the sweet spot but if I dose higher say 6 or 7 grams will it do any harm ?

Piracetam is extremly safe and well researched. 6-7g will not do any harm.

To be honest I don't really know what I'm talking about where piracetam is concerned. It was the first nootropic I ever took about 5 years ago. It didn't really affect me in any way so I stopped taking it, and I didn't find out there were other nootropics until about a month ago. But what I do know is that 1g is definitely below the threshold for most people. I'm not sure about a sustained dosage of 6-7 grams, but an attack dose is colloquially suggested of 5g for the first week or less. However I'm not sure that these attack doses are backed up scientifically as being effective.

I'll increase the dosage and the amount I take tomorrow.
I've found that my scale is saying some tablets are 500mg and some are 1,000 which is odd
