For this purpose (vasodilatation and to increase cerebral blood flow) I know:
1)vinpocentine (for me max 2mg)
2)bacopa monnieri
3)piracetam
4)Ginkgo bilob
5)Idebenone (?)

Anyone know other nootropics?

Can I use pramiracetam or another nootropic as alternative to piracetam to increase blood flow?.
To buy Piracetam I need a prescription.

PS. I already know this 3d

Edit.
Ok, on wikipedia there is this list

If someone know other nootropics for this purpose, tell me please

http://nootropicsdepot.com/piracetam/

A little over 3 bux per oz here. No prescription. I bought it for elsewhere but would never recommend that seller.

For myself racetams don't work.
Phenibut dilates my blood vessels throughout my body, but it's addictive and it seems to repress short term memory much like alcohol does if I take too much.
Vinpocetine ad Ginkgo works for me too, though not as well as phenibut.

Though obviously, with better vasodilation to the dome youre gonna get MAJOR headaches.
