Hi guys.
So, I'm new here and fairly new to the idea of Nootropics. In the past I have tried Modafinil but that's about as far as I've got. Attempted a session of Sertraline to try and curb an anxiety problem but the negative effects stopped me proceeding any further. In wake of the unsuccessful attempt, I've decided to try my hand elsewhere... here.
First off, let me explain what I have on the way in the post...
Piracetam Powder
Caffeine Powder
L-Theanine Powder
Ashwagandha Powder
Brahmi Powder
Rhodiola Rosea Powder
Bee Pollen Grains
Spirulina Powder
Chlorella Powder
Whilst it looks like I have gone over the top a little with my eagerness to try new remedies, my intentions are to start small and play around with things until I have it right.
I am going to start with the Caffeine and L-Theanine. Shortly after I'll add the Piracetam (possibly buying some choline if I feel it is needed). I am interested to know how the others might react.
Ultimately I am aiming for clear brain functionality and improved memory along with a boost to productivity and mood improvement.
The bottom 3 are purely superfood's, which I have chosen to try and improve my nutrient intake. I chose them as they seem to have a good combination and am hoping that they wouldn't give too much of one nutrient.
I'd really appreciate some advice here. I have no problem with a foul tasting cocktail, as long as it is effective. Besides, I can find suitable flavourings by switching around the flavours of the superfoods.
