Does anybody have any experience using donepezil/aricept for cognitive enhancement in healthy humans? Any advice on better choices for AChE inhibition in healthy adults?

While there was a study in healthy adults with aricept improving reaction time, Huperzine A or Galantamine would be a better choice in my opinion.

Depending on the AChE you are taking, how long, and what dose.

Pro: Short term Memory enhancement, recall improvement.
Con: (When taking too much) rapid blinking, nervousness, nausea, and muscle stiffness.
