So I got my hand on some cannabis this weekend. I had some interesting effects that I´d like to share.

It seems that 3 days after using cannabis I feel more relaxed (my muscular tension is gone) , I have less anxiety and am able ignore my OCD. I sense that I am more comfortable with myself and that I am more optimistic about things in general.

Here comes the weird part. It seems that it cured my issues with depersonalization which is strange because cannabis is known for inducing these problems. Also I seem to be more focused on the "object reality" instead of being stuck in my head with anxious abstract thinking. I usually keep sensing everything in my surrounding which drains me of alot of energy.

It hasn't helped me with depression, although I feel more affection and am more "bound" to life in general.

Experienced side- effects: Fatigue, oversleeping and being content to the verge of doing nothing.

If I'd have the money I would keep smoking every weekend but this will do for now.  I would be glad to have a regime for smoking on the weekends for therapeutic reasons, to test if the effects would sustain for longer periods of time.

I would recommend reducing the amount of that specific form of cannabis ingestion. If you can, look for an oil extract, its commonly named as Rick Simpson Oil. The process they use to make it includes using alcohol to extract the cannabinoids and the thc from the plant and distilling off the alcohol so you're left with just the good stuff. I have found in the past that this form by whatever method you choose to ingest it provides much calmer / anxiety free / mental boost and less psychological impairment.
