I was recently prescribed 10mg of Lexapro (Cipralex in Canada) along with 300mg of Wellbutrin.  I currently take 30mg of Dexadrine XR each day for ADD and 50mg of Oxy Neo for a back injury.

I fear that this is a lot of medication going into my brain.  Is there anything I should be concerned about with this combination?  Anything I should be removing asap?

Lexapro has been found to increase the toxicity of bupropion. Dexedrine also does this. This could be life threatening so I would seriously reccomend you to stop taking Lexapro and Dexedrine and look for alternatives.
Wellbutin will also increase the effect of oxy neo by affecting hepatic enzyme CYP2D6 metabolism, this also could be life threatening so I would suggest stop taking these drugs.
If you must use these drugs, keep the doses low and monitor yourself.
