Is it safe to take Inositol and L-Glutamine together?  I know this is probably a dumb question, but I just want to make sure.  Does anyone know if 1g of inositol is likely to cause gastrointestinal upset?  I would like to try this combination to see if it helps with my anxiety (and the IBS symptoms that seem to result from the anxiety).  I appreciate any help.

Welcome to Longecity!

Inositol and Glutamine do not interact too heavily with each other, so they should be safe to take together. Just make sure to start by taking them together at VERY LOW doses. You have no idea ho you will react.

Inositol did give me nausea and diarrhea so I imagine It may cause GI problems. Though keep in mind, my body is very different from your body. Just try Inositol alone first, and see how you react: This is the best advice I can give you.
