Hi All.  I stumbled upon this site while google searching.  There seems to be an amazing amount of knowledge here.  I am interested in boosting my brainpower and alertness but also want to be careful of health.  I am 47, average weight and have generally been healthy my whole life.  The only exception is hypertension - discovered in 2010 (was averaging something like 140/88 BP).  I've been taking lisinopryl for 4 years now.  It may be losing its effectiveness so I've set up some doctor's appointments.  Work and life demands have become increasingly demanding so I am in search of that perfect cocktail of supplements.  Here is what I have discovered:

Fish Oils - 3 per day (1200MG I think)

Flax seed oil - 2 per day

COq10 - 200mg per day

Adrenal Supplement - morning and afternoon

Acetyl-L-carnitine - morning and afternoon

HGH - 2 pills per day (this seemed to help a lot but has a fade effect.  Trying to cycle 4 days on, 3 off).

5-htp - 50mg, 1 pill at night

Medium chain triglycerides - 2 tbsp per day

Coffee - 2 cups per day

Does anyone know if this combinition is good?  Is there anything else I can look into?  Thanks for reading this
