Has anyone here ever eaten chicken hearts?

I heard that they increase natural levels of coq10.

How do you make it? How does it taste?

One of my favourite dishes. They are delicious but contain too much fat.

I've had them sautéed in coconut oil. They taste very good, and organ meats like hearts have some good nutrients in them.

But how do you make them? And are they regularly available at the supermarket? I haven't checked yet.
