TULIP. Are people still doing it?

I feel like the TULIP hype fell over. Lostfalco doesnt seem to be updating and no one seems to be making any updates to their experience with TULIP therapy. Anyone currently on it? Could you give your individual experience on it and how long you have been taking it. Has it been building up over time? Any side effects?
