I continue I take the following supplements/nootropics daily or as otherwise mentioned: Noopept powder (~20mg/day), ~200mg caffeine daily, Phenylracetam (100-350mg about 3 days/week), 2-6 grams tyrosine about 3 days/week; Fish Oil, L-Carnitine (4g/day - will soon switch out for Acetyl-L Carnitine); B-Vitamin Complex, Theanine (200-400mg/day)
Picamilon (2-3 50mg tabs/day as needed) OR 1g-2g Phenibut;
Baicalin and Valerian Root as needed. I also take an average of 6mg of melatonin at night and 60mg Vyvanse for ADHD, which I am hoping to wean myself off. In addition to that, I take Valtrex and an oral contraceptive pill daily.
I added Bacopa to the stack about a week or two ago, and just started Rhodiola Rosea. I'm still trying to find a good dosage of this one. I felt a little like a zombie today. I'm wondering if either or these is decreasing the normally increased levels in dopamine I get from Vyvanse and tyrosine?
Anyway, does anyone have any advice on whether or not creatine could safely be added to this stack, as well as feedback on the stack in general? Thanks!
