Are you supposed to notice Oxiracetam?

Took it in 800mg and 1600mg doses and didn't feel a thing. Someone did say you're not supposed to notice anything different, but from what I've read people reported it being speedy like. Also didn't experience any major difference in music.

I noticed  focus and energy,  but I was also on the Mr Happy Stack.
