I'm looking for a sonic cleanser, preferably rechargeable. I want the highest sonic power possible. Anyone have experience with a different brands and want to make some comparisons?

TIA

I bought a Pretika rechargeable cleanser a few weeks ago cheap on Ebay ($25). It does not  use sonic even though the box mentions sonic. It's brush head spins which is fine with me. Works well and get's the job done. Seems to get good reviews online and Youtube. I know the Clarisonic must work cause so many people rave about it but I just wonder how sonic actually works better than the spinning action?
