Hello long time Fan of Longecity forum, new user, and also i am a new user of nootropics of any kind besides general things like caffeine fish oil etc etc.
I was going to post my stack + regimen and was wondering for some tips and also i had a question regarding my Ciltep usage as i was thinking of taking 1 dose a day, and wasnt sure if that was too small a dose to see positive short term effects or any of the permanent long term effects. Also i wanted to know if any of the supplements im on will interact with each other?
So i have recently ordered 60 capsules of CILTEP from Natural Stacks which have yet to receive
And also
Lions mane 60 capules at i think 500ml from Fungi Perfecti
So currently my regimen I'm going to start was
monday through to friday
1 ciltep capsule
1 lions mane capsule
5 grams of creatine
1 Centrums Men's Multi Vitamin
2 fish oil tablets
and take the weekends off except for creatine and fish oil
any suggestions?

The lions mane IMO is a great supplement too start the nootropic journey out with due too it's regenerative effects ( it stacks wonderfully with acetyl l carnitine arginate)

I will post a more detailed schedule of my stack now .
:
I will take
Monday - Friday
1 - 2 ciltep capsule ( not sure if 1 will be to mild of and effect would appreciate feedback )
5 g creatine monohydrate powder
2 odourless fish oil tablets (1000mg)
1 lions mane capusel
1 centrum for men's multivitamin
Saturday - Sunday
5 g creatine
1-2 fish oil tablet

I'm not sure if I should cycle lions mane or not I'm finding it hard to find information on that.
Also you said that it goes well with arigine carinitie ? I was wondering if it was mix well with a L-lysine & Arginie pyro glutamate blend? Because I have bought a tub of 200 grams powder of it a few months ago but have yet to actually use it.
And yeah the creatine use is actually just for physical attributes but I wasn't sure if it would have postive or negative effects with ciltep and lions mane.
I wa going to take an initial loading phase of Aprox 7 grams for the first week (this week)
Then a general a 5g dose daily ( which will probably start by the time I recieve my ciltep and lions mane .
Any one got any ideas on cycling creatine ?

Also I have stopped taking any caffeine for a
week . And will do so until my ciltep arrives which I have found very hard because of my love of green tea . I bought de-caf green tea tho.

You should have no problems between ciltep and creatine and It's all subjective But I personally take Lions Mane (with a couple other neurotrophic growth factor / biogenesis , and mitochondrial enhancers as well) for three months a cycle ..... Other then lions mane and a FEW other supplements I'm not big on supplements that require cycling ( lions mane doesn't Require a cycle at all however I believe it should be taken for a minimum of 90 days for effects too be achieved .... But that's MY belief ymmv)

I have been interested in lions mane for like 5 months after reading a article on how it increases ngf in the brain which just sounded like the greatest thing in the world haha.
I meant as in do you take in 3 months on and then 3 months off or..?

But for a cycle I use the highest quality extract I can get ( NGF is the definite reasoning behind cycling it ...... For me)

Yes ngf is the reason i am taking it. do you mind telling me which is the highest quality extract in your opinion ?
Also this is something i don't know if anyone will be able to answer me but i am somewhat worried about,
I've just been to the dermatologist and i am going to start taking "Roaccutane" for my acne and it is quite powerful and it has a few side effects i was wondering how cautious i should be taking this with my current stack.

Here is a link to a good discussion on Lion's Mane. I believe somewhere in there it discusses some of the more proper extraction methods to get the full spectrum of what you want in the mushroom. Bear in mind I did this research a lil while ago so it's not so fresh, but I have to share this resource.

And also my ciltep and lions mane have finally arrived!
On the first day I tried 1 lions mane before bed as that's when I just received it and fell asleep. I then took one in the morning and felt almost no effects for about 2 hours I then was quite surprised as I had felt a quite subtle effect that I wasn't expecting a I thought it would certainly take weeks to months to feel anything! Surprisingly this fairly subtle effect made me feel quite sharp all morning and quite sort of "on top of my game"
As I bumped into a situation with two people one I barley know and the other I didn't and was forced to sit with them. And instead of feeling some what anxious I had a strange level of courage and verbal fluency. This was more so the main feeling I felt all day. But I did enjoy it!
It then wore off after a few more hours.
I then took two lions mane caps this morning with my first ciltep cap , with little effects besides a sense of clarity, which could be because I took ciltep with food and also I have been pretty lazy today as it is horrible weather out.
I'm curious as to the best kind of method of taking lions mane as in two in the morning with breakfast or one in the morning and one at night , or two before bed? Any advice ?
