im thankful that im 5'11 & 140-150lbs as I should be huge really, I stopped smoking cigarettes & now I vape. I quit 1.5 years ago & was a smoker for 23 years.

I know I dont eat right, so this is important, always ate junk food & what was easy. Bad for me & my brain I know. It's time to make some changes. I want to eat better & feel better.

I Still need help with a wide range of Vitamins Still. The pro's & cons of them & what else to try. I know I see alot of people say not to take this if your depressed so this worries me.

if anyone has any feed back please reply im in hope to find some Veterans on the forum that could guide me in my research. I will research before taking anything, just because I bought the above doesn't mean it's good with my conditions im learning still.

Please help & challenge me & others in this topic

Thanks for Helping me & Other's with these Issues.

A big Thank You to all.

Speculation and some reasons why I didn't buy some of that stuff:

  • Sulbu and phenylP won't last forever. You'll build tolerance.
  • Piracetam (bought it anyways for occasional use) won't give you benefits forever either, but may give you permanent benefits?
  • Some have said that Choline Bitartrate isn't an optimal form that can cause brain fog. Alpha GPC should be fine.
  • Give oxytocin a try, it works for some forms of depression and ADD. I've posted lots to read on it.

Cryonicsculture:

so are all Nootropic types short term? or are some tolerance prone? If so is there a thread on this yet?

but some may give you permanent benefits?

Also looking at the image from Here does anyone understand if this is how the brain works & if you got a SPECT or (FMRI, PET) scan it could help to see what is missing & where,

As if im thinking right add one type & it will create other types down the line or just create the next one in line only or all after the type added? just need a understanding.

Thank you

I'm not sure I've seen one specific to tolerance, there might be one, but it certainly sounds like a good topic to get started if we don't already have it. There are ways to prevent tolerance from forming. I've heard exercise can do it with some of them and some slightly more complex/involved noots can also prevent tolerance.

Many will work indefinitely AFAIK.

FMRIs IIRC involve radiological substances in your brain. I'm not sure I'd consider getting one. There is quite a bit disagreement on how much is safe. Most estimates assume that you're going to die someday anyways. Not sure about the rest of the scans, but I suppose some of them would be useful for different things. Just make sure you understand the safety (what happens when the machine or human operating it fails?) and make sure that if you do decide to get a radiological scan done that it's because none of the other machines will give you the info you need, not because that's what the doctor's office has available. There may be safer tech they aren't going to tell you about given the expense of having one of these radiological systems.

Not sure what you mean by the last sentence, can you rephrase it?

Update to Post #3

Phenylalanine in humans may ultimately be metabolized into a range of different substances

as shown from the image above or Here.

Example:

Tyrosine - would metabolize into L-Dopa.

L-Dopa - would metabolize into Dopamine.

is there a activator needed to make this happen or just that type like L-Dopa. Also is there something else needed so headache's don't occur.

also about the topic I think it should be from an advanced user to create such a topic with alot of products on there shelf.

About the Brain scans, I have researched the Dangers alittle, only if I have brain damage would I allow a radiology type scan. SPECT scan is safest I have researched with enough detail to figure out types of disorders. I don't allow any radiology in my system I can help. Just added them before others added them as an option.

Smart Drugs Debate Video, great Debate.

Please spend the time & watch this, keep an open mind as if we aren't thinking about tomorrow then what are we thinking about, as they say no one knows sides effects in the long term on any smart drug.

this go's for any drug unless it's been on the market for 20-30 plus years. but on the flip side if there are small side effects or little term effects is it worth it, best to Debate & challenge everything we can (Click the Text to Watch)
