Sometimes my thoughts and speech are too fast when I am time constrained
I also sometimes respond to questions with impulsive shallowness rather than giving the answer some real thought.
Also I have been told I jump topics quickly. So I will mention one topic, I will see no interest from the other person and then hop on to the next. I made it a thing to develop good social skills and I am not sure of what the problem is but my guess is either of these 3:
a)Anxiety
b)Other person is insincere and disinterested hence not microexpressing which I am subconsciously picking up on hence carrying on not expecting any input.
c)Just a personality trait of mine I likely cant change (Narcassistic authority;controlling the conversation).
I really want to learn to pause and swish things around in my mind for a second before speaking. Is there any exercise for this, such as lowering impulsiveness...
