Hi.
I don't eat meat and therefore creatine monohydrate used to work as a nootropic. The nootropic effect of creatine supposedly only works for those who do not eat meat.
However, recently I have begain supplementing with taurine and carnitine.
Taurine and carnitine are healthy, and they can only be found in meat.
After I tried taurine and carnitine then creatine monohydrate didn't work as well as a nootropic anymore (i think).
Could it be that taurine and carnitine use decreases the effct of creatine monohydrate as a nootropic?
