Growth factors

Suppose, hypothetically, that I wanted to increase the amount of growth factors present in my brain by as much as possible... NGF, BDNF etc... what would be the best combo to take?

What would the likely effects of this be? I realise that the max effect would be seen over a period of months

I can't remember if I've seen you on avant. I'm thinking yes, so I'm sorry if you already know about royal jelly increasing BDNF and that there's a long thread on it over in the neuroscience section of avant.
