Hi,

I am hoping to get some advice on getting the most out of dmae and choline Bitartrate as choline sources for Piracetam (2400mg per day in 3 800mg doses, thinking about upping this though). I am planning on buying some alpha GPC in a couple of weeks, but until then I wondering what a good dose of those two would be for use with Piracetam (as well as Huperzine A and Vincamine).

Cheers,
Dan

I suggest not taking the Piracetam until you have you Alpa-GPC or another good choline source like CDP-Choline.

DMAE not a good source of ACh?

frank b,

suggestion

take 200mg of choline bitartrate with each 800mg dose of piracetam. Take 100mg of DMAE with
the first two doses of Piracetam.

So, 2400mg piracetam, 600mg choline bitartrate, 200mg DMAE total.

Try them seperately first, just to be safe, though you have basically no chance of significant
side effects with these.

I think LifeMirage once said that it was not when I presented him with the Xtend-Life Neurological Formula.

Thanks for a the suggestion, I will give that a go. Piracetam was the first nootropic I tried and have been getting good results with choline b and lecithin (Piracetam useage was very noticable to me when I started and the effects havn't really worn off). I know I should be using a better choline source and I will be soon, but money and the fact that items take at least a week to ship here (Australia) means that I wish to get the most out of what I have available at the present time.

On a side note, someone posted recently that caffeine use can be detremental to water soluble supplements (I am assuming this is because it is a diuretic?). I use caffeine as part of a cutting stack, as well as the nice mental lift it gives. Are the negatives of taking caffeine going to outweigh the benefits in a nootropic regmine?
