Can piracetam be combined with phenylpiracetam?

I am taking an important test tomorrow. I'll have to wake up early in the morning, so I definitely want to take phenylpiracetam at least to wake me up and stimulate me for the exam. Is it safe to combine piracetam with it? I haven't used the two together before.
