what stacks do you guys use if you have to be around cigarette smoke, have to sit in the exhaust from traffic for a few hours, or have a meal full of garbage food???

i was thinking about keeping a few stacks in the car, just incase i need them... like today when i had to sit in traffic for a few hours, then went to my relatives and ate some pie.

stack, flushed down with a bottle of water:

100mg K-RALA
500mg NAC
100mg gliSODin
1000mg vit-C

any improvements, additions, removals?

You have control over what you eat.

Unless you're a bartender or work in a bar or nightclub I don't see why you need to be around smokers. And if you are, you can always quit.

Try toggling between fresh and recirc modes in your car.

Supplements are not a way to cheat unhealthy lifestyle choices.

Well, my first thought (assuming this is something that doesn't happen fairly often) is stop stressing over it and concentrate on enjoying life at that moment.

But, I suppose I might add some vinegar and cinnamon for the bad meals. For the lung issue, the stack looks good, maybe add some Vitamin A. New Chapter also pimps one of their mushroom stacks as being good for the lungs.

Look for Ergopharm's Amp, pop about 4 caps...and blast some music. The first time I took it, I had a flat tire in the middle of nowhere and I actually didn't care at all. It is one of my favorite supplements to use on the weekends when I have a lot of time to work outside and enjoy myself.

I agree on the green tea/chlorophyllin...it couldn't hurt.

It does, I only use it once a week (unless circumstances come up during the week where it could be very helpful)....but it definately does what it is made for.

Smoke Shield by New Chapter has worked amazingly for me with 2nd hand smoke. As i play in clubs and bars iwth my band and frequent them for recreation. I actually cough alot on it after a long night out, but compared to not coughing at all the next day nor even have a sign of 2nd hand smoke exposure is scary to me. That means all the toxins are just sitting there in te body rather than being detoxed

I suspect AMP has activity similar to amphetamines. To those who try to avoid such theoretical neurotoxicity, AMP is probably not a good supplement to consider.

That's a good list. I'd add Ascorbyl Palmitate (fat-soluble form of vitamin c),
Enzogenol (pine bark extract), and Astaxanthin for trapping singlet oxygen
free radicals.

I take GliSODin as well.

Amp is not a drug. It is not something that you take regularly or often. Chocamine does have some potential neurotoxicity, and I would not take a large amount daily. However, if you need something to motivate/energize you to finish a weeks worth of physical work a day, Amp is what you need.

What does the vinegar and cinnamon do?

There is some evidence that they help keep blood sugar stable, as well as some repartitioning effects by the vinegar and insulin sensitivity effects of the cinnamon.

I use calcium d-glucarate...
I live in the city and started to get all toxic over the years...

Although I detox regurlay... that calcium d-glucarate helped my liver to pocess very well...

I can't believ it's not more popular??

Now I remember, this discussion took place a while back on avantlabs forum. I realized it wasn't much of a concern:
