From what little research I've done, these appear to be best absorbed on an empty stomach.
- Beta-Alanine
- Creatine
- Nac-Acetyl Cysteine
- Acetyl L-Carnitine
I would like to know which of these supplements are likely best taken with which on an empty stomach to avoid staggering unnecessarily.
