In terms of having our supplements / nootropics / meds/ herbs etc analyzed by a third party, what exactly are the things we should be asking for and why?

What are the things we can do to make sure purity is good, the product is consumable and doesn't have harmful impurities?

Which route should be go that likely cover most of the bases without missing anything which some other tests might not pick up on?

Are there any companies you've used before you'd like to mention? I heard of Colmaric, thinking of sending some things there for analysis but have no idea what to ask for.

I'm just sick of importing things and not really knowing what's in it.. I haven't imported much in the past year, though I'm sure some local suppliers have been importing and perhaps I've been relying on their word a bit too much.
