Security Check graphic does not work for m...

I messed up and need to change my display name from my email address to my the previous display name --- but when attempting to request help on the profile pages i ABSOLUTELY CANNOT get past the security check. ~ 6 times, all failures. i've never had a failure like this, ever... eventually you can always get the graphic right - but not this time, it seems.
Can you please help me? I need to change my display name back to the previous name.
