Nitroxide/hydroxylamine side effects

I understand that some people on this board have been taking nitroxides or hydroxylamines, as antioxidants. If you have, have you had any side effects?
I am designing a groupd of nitroxide (based on TEMPOL), to treat oxidative stress in different classes of neurones. I would like to know the toxicology of the breakdown products. I can make TEMPOl the major product.
I will be away for a week, so I will not be able to respond for about 10 days.
