I got some pyroglutamic acid, it says it's quite natural and found in vegetables and fruits, I tried taking 600mg , once and twice a day for a few days, I found that I had almost a headache one morning which made me almost sick from sort of dizziness, you know when you have waves of nausea running through you, it was like that for about 5 hours or more in the morning(possible interactions with my bodybuilding supps or caffeine in green taken last night ;)),,, Anyways, it seemed to make my thoughts run faster, though it gave me a bit of insomnia with more vivid and imaginative dreams.

Has anyone else try it? Or would like to suggest anything about, I'm doing tolerance mapping for it right now, I'm almost sure 600mg twice a day is too much, but once a day might produce some positive effects.

L-PCA
L-pyroglutamic acid is naturally found vegetables, fruits, dairy products, and meat. It is normally present in large amounts in the human brain, cerebrospinal fluid, and blood. Once L-PCA is taken orally, it easily passes through the blood-brain barriers and helps stimulate cognitive function.

L-pyroglutamic acid (L-PCA) is believed to be associated with the activity of the key neurotransmitter, acetylcholine, as well as with the production of two other important neurotransmitters, GABA and glycine. In association of acetylcholine, L-PCA supports the production of acetylcholine by increasing the number of receptors and helping turn acetylcholine into a form that the brain can use. This may help increase brain function.
