I havent taken it frequently enough to notice tolerance. Apparently tolerance to phenibut occurs very quickly in most people.

Comments:

I took this with alcohol once, I was extremely sociable. The next day I could remember the last night very vividly, however, this may have been the effect of other smart drugs. I dont use it for nootropic like effects.

I've taken phenibut a few times. It mellows you out alot. I take from 1/2 to 1 gram at a time. It makes you sleep a lot better. I don't take it often to avoid the tollerance.

I think you need to mention the side effects when combined with alcohol.

It increases your sensitivity to alcohol and therefore the side efffects that you see with alcohol intoxication come on with less drinks

Yup, alcohol and also anaesthetic. There is some slight danger there.

Phenibut certainly has a much stronger effect on me.

I personally feel that phenibut should bee used once a week and at most twice a week. I only take it once every week or two. It makes me feel really chilled out.
