Hi,
I saw they sell this product and claim that contain all that in only one capsule. Is that possible, because to get 500 mg elemental magnesium from magnesium citrate you need 3125 mg, which I doubt fit in only one capsule. I'm no expert, so please if someone can explain it to me.
