I'm going to be doing a great deal of capping in the near future, where I would like to use a specific amount of the target supplement per capsule (for example, 350mg carnosine), and fill the rest of the capsule with filler. Here's a list of substances I will be capping:

Alpha GPC
Piracetam
Aniracetam
Centrophenoxine
Idebenone
Oxiracetam
Pyritinol
Glycine Propionyl-L-Carnitine HCl
Acetyl-L-Carnitine-Arginate-2HL
Acetyl L Carnitine Hcl
L-Carnosine
GliSODin

I'm thinking Inositol would be ideal as a filler here, because it is stable and harmless/beneficial in large doses (human studies used up to 18g /daily). Anyone think I would run into problems? I know some people use glutamine for this purpose but I don't want it to compete with other amino acids for absorption.

Protein powders would make a good filler... I think

after putting combos in 1 cap and finding out the mix wasn't optimal I am considering doing the same...

I have a bunch of L-carnitine which I hear is pretty useless, perhaps this would make a good filler.

If not there is some glucose-vitaminC powder bulk at the pharmacy

You might consider mixing together some of the smaller dose items on your list. Say you mix 2-3 things together with the full day's dose of each within 2-6 capsules. No filler needed there.

Inositol sounds nice, because the more B vitamins, the merrier (uh, healthier)! I remember an erstwhile tinnitus medication that had plenty of it, and it worked for me.

That would be more efficient, but I want to have the option of changing the dose of each independently. If I make capsules with 2-3 dose-sensitive substances I have no room to make adjustments later.
