Apologies if this has been covered ad nauseum before. I'm interested in picamilon experiences. Whether it can be taken over the long term on a daily basis for anxiety management, like a SSRI, or just situationally.

Save your money, it's weak as hell. For a GABA modulator try Magnolia bark extract(honokiol and magnolol) LiftMode is a good brand. Higher doses of Theanine are moderately effective as well, but mainly take the edge off, not going to stop anything dead in it's tracks, however it has no addictive properties and is beneficial for sleep architecture. Avoid Phenibut, that shit is awful, all kinds of side effects and it's physically addictive.
Other options for anxiety including Bromantane(expensive generally but newstarnootropics has it 99+% purity for a good price, so did THT.co but they're gone). Bromantane is a SDRI
Many find Bacopa Monieri helpful for anxiety from what I hear, but I can't speak to that.
If you can get your hands on it, NSI-189 is supposed to be great for anxiety as well. Same with SEMAX(ceretropic.com)

Enjoy =)

Thank you. Really appreciate the input as I'm growing more distrustful of the reviews on Amazon and articles I read selling one product or another.

I've found picamilon to do generally what it is described to do - provide a sense of calm and relaxation. Definitely gives a nice little warm fuzzy feeling, nothing profound, but then again I don't have anxiety or anything similar. If you're just looking for something to take the edge off it may be worth looking into.

I am a high adrenaline person, and I easily notice anything that affects GABA, and I've taken pretty much everything that relates to it, and Picamilon in high doses for almost 2 months I didn't feel anything. I think it was even weaker than high dose Theanine for me and that is pretty mild to begin with, even at 600-800mg+. Your mileage may vary of course, but I don't think it's worth the investment, there are stronger/cheaper substances out there.

It's ok for daily use if your anxiety issues are on the low to moderate end.
