With some 23andme genetic testing and the following article:

Ive been able to determine that I am at fairly high risk for an aneurysm. With that said, what approaches (or any other for that matter) can I take to avoid this?

Not sure if this bit of information helps, but Im Apoe 3/4

Thank you

For the ApoE4, a low fat diet is probably thing number one.  I'd check out some of the ApoE4 threads here using forum search, seaching thread titles only.  Also look into the online ApoE4 community.  A lot of people are being proactive about it now, and there's a lot that can be done.

Aneurysm avoidance would probably involve things that improve the epithelial tissue of the vascular wall.  Collagen, bioavailable silica, maybe systemic copper peptides.  Undoubtedly lots more.
