Is there a save function like in Reddit for comments? It would be very nice to be able to save and compile all the useful comments I come across so I can refer back to them in an easy fashion whilst investigating treatments/ideas to help my condition across the forum.

Aside from copy and paste, this software only offers the option to download whole threads. You'll find that button on the bottom of the page with the social media buttons.
