I currently have Lyme disease with the usual disabilities (ADHD, nonexistent balance, trouble reading, etc.)

I have tried IN Cerebrolysin, with good results. Now I want to try IV, since it apparently has a higher efficacy than IM. I just have one problem I'd rather inform myself about than try on my own.

I have a PICC line to self administer antibiotics. I have luer lock syringes, but I don't have a way to mix it with a saline solution. What would be the best method to go about this? I'm not sure what equipment I should use. Any help would be appreciated.
