Wondering what your thoughts are on this supplement - too much copper? It contains 15mg zinc & 2mg copper. AOR makes a good case for the copper on their site, but 2mg still seems a little too high for my comfort.
My experience with AOR supps have been top notch to date, I've used their magnesium. potassium and PS on occasion. In my opinion they're one of the best companies out there along with Thorne and a few others.
I do notice symptoms of copper depletion with regular doses of 30-40mg of zinc alone, so looking for a bit of copper, but not too much.
Thoughts? Experiences? Acceptable ratio?
