Sigh.  The Mail loves stuff like this.   It's like it's the 90's all over again.  These correlations probably fall out of people taking overdoses of iron, copper, and maybe beta carotene.  It's certainly possible to find "supplements" that are bad for you, but the essential micronutrients are... essential.  Unless you OD on them.
