Hi,

I'm a med student with exams in 1 month. I want to try a nootropic stack but here's the catch. I want the effects to kick in after about 5-6 hours. I normally study 6.00AM but I need to stop all eating and drinking at about 2.30AM for religious fasting.

Any advice? I was thinking of a fat soluble racetam like prami with a really fat heavy meal in the morning to delay the gastric emptying.

I am quite scared about the neuronal death theory regarding prami, any reassurance would be appreciated.

Things I've tried previously (empty stomach /w water):

Piracetam: Boosted memory but I got quite intense depressive spells.

Noopept: Improved focus and motivation but no noticeable effect on memory (certainly not as significant as piracetam).

Phenylpiracetam: Two days of intense memory and amazing recall, I got 98% in the exam. Effects lasted a LONG time about 10 hours. I think tolerance built after the 2 days.
