I am currently taking Prozac and Adderall.

I need Nootropics for short term memory, attention and hemispheric integration.

What should I take and how often?

Thanks for your time.

No, why?

Does taking Adderall and/or Prozac negate the effects of Nootropics?

Wouldn't have a clue of the interactions with your medication but as a starting point.

Focus

Pyritinol Centrophenoxine Deprenyl -DLPhenylanine

Short-term working memory

Vincamine

Interhemispheric enhancement.

Racetams

Also some exercises help.

Normal writing with left hand.

Simultaneous writing starting in the middle of the page and mirroring the right hands marks with your left.

Mirror writing with only left hand.

Normal writing with both hands writing seperate letters simultaneously. Try and make sure you keep correct form and smooth movements.

You need to use your peripheral vision processing.

Hell I dont know if they work... I just do it instead of "meditating". I think its a waste of time. Just do everything mindfully.

Take deep abdominal breaths as your marking the page and relax the tension out of your body as you take pencils up and breathe out. I find it helps with focus and works well to keep the tension out of your arms when writing.

Right now Im working on ambidexterity for martial arts so Im practicing that writing and doing mundane tasks with my left "off" hand.
Left handed chopsticks for my sushi fix, tieing shoes, wiping a@##hcc hmm etc Been at it for a few days and can feel some improvement already.

The nootropics help with the intense focus one needs to learn at a reasonable rate. Not sure what exactly....could be the deprenyl?? Im usually really lazy with this sort of shit.

I saw a Kung fu movie with a japanese swordsman/caligrapher who could write different characters with each hand independantly
and was inspired.

EDIT: I think phyical movement is good for hemispheric balancing when done mindfully. Not sure ....look it up.
