does anyone have any info on NSI-189 MOA, the reason I ask is that I am on day 12 of a 12 week trial (Abbvie Topaz 1) "Viekira Pak", no plecebo in this trial, its to study outcomes so i know im getting the real deal (these drugs are DAA's to eradicate hep c). I stopped taking modafinil as it uses the same CYP3A4 pathway. I couldnt see much info on wiki for NSI-189, i guess its too new. I am reading so much good anecdotal feedback on this website its making me itchy to take it and i have it in the fridge (as well a dihexa and other nootropics). I dont wont to impair my chances of clearing the virus so i want to know first before taking it while on the study meds.

They've not released the moa so any assumption would be pure speculation I'm afraid.
