Hi guys,
I'm looking for ideas for pre workout foods that give a good energy boost and focus, but without caffiene.
I've tried the usual herbs(ginsengs types and combos, they either only work once or they do nothing.
I always feel lethergy fatigue, unfocused so I hardly ever push my limits when working out, so make no progress.
Sometimes I feel ill workingout, I've tried both with food and without food before a workout.
Tried a takig a protein shake, but no difference.
I know my sleep issues probably effecting this alot, sleeping only for a few hours and then waking up, unable to go back to sleep for 4-5 hours.
Ideas?
