Im after more than 100% RDA of B complex but have troubles swallowing capsules and large tablets. So I'm looking for chewables or something on the net and I have found this website that sells them http://vitanetonline...mplex-Chewable/

Are these any good and has anyone here ordered from the website before? I also live in the U.K but can't seem to find B complex chewables anywhere local!

the servings in those chewables are very small...youde have to chew a handful to get a good dose. try source naturals sublingual co-enzymated B complex.

is there any physical reason you cant swollow capsules? with most people its just mental, think about how large a mouthful of food is... probably 20 or 30x the size of a b50 complex capsule.

you can try: filling your mouth with water, dropping the pill in, then swallowing.
or taking it down with a mouthful of applesauce / yogurt

It probably comes from the fear of choking... when I was younger I nearly choked on an ice cube and never been able to swallow any large tablets or caps since then...

I guess I just better get over it and start trying to swallow large tablets / capsules.

I know what you mean about food... I swallow much larger pieces of food that any tablet, yoghurt could help...

Not being able to swallow pills would be seriously incompatible with my lifestyle...

its a good time to get over that fear... chewable usually suck compared to pills.

water in the mouth before the pills really helps... i take down 5-10 large pills in one shot that way

I found that by just crushing some b-complex tabs I can put it in my yoghurt and its fine... ;)

One day I'll be brave and swallow capsules haha
