Ok, so I feel like I could make improvements to various transitions in my day. Mainly getting up, and after getting home from work, then getting started at work (I'm usually fine here, but I think I could do better), and after meals.
So far I've tried rudimentary lists and notes in a pocket journal or sorts and to do lists on google documents.
I'm thinking an oxygen can might give me an instant wake up kick in the morning? I've lost nearly all of my excess weight and am looking pretty good, but still tired. I tend to drink caffeinated drinks too slowly and more for enjoyment... I may get started making my own genome specific energy shots. In any case, I'm sure there must be habits that I can improve.
