NOW Adam 2x a day

good

Country Life Calcium/Mag 1000/500 2x a day

body wont absorb more than 500mg calcium at a time... i cant find this complex on their site, what types of calcium is it?

Country Life Maxi-C Complex 2x a day

great product, make sure you take that with food.

Country Life Natural E-Complex 400iu 2x a day

they dont specify the ratio of alpha vs. others... + no tocotrienols. i use THIS STUFF by jarrow, its a great complex

Country Life Omega 3 1000mg (180/120) 2x 4 caps

thats a low concentration of EPA/DHA for 1000mg fishoil, + im not sure about the purity... ive never seen an assay from them.

TWO tablets contain:
Calcium (as calcium hydroxyapatite, citrate, aspartate, alpha-ketoglutarate, lysinate) 1000mg
Phosphorus (as calcium hydroxyapatite) 500mg
Magnesium (as magnesium oxide, citrate, taurinate, alpha ketoglutarate, aspartate) 500mg

So the 400 IU with Mixed Tocopherols is the wrong E?

I just placed an order for the Reliance Oil.

Awesome. So looks like the Country Life is a decent brand.
Does taking 1000mg C 2x a day
and taking the Calcium (1 tablet) 2x a day make sense? (or do I need more).

I'll take the Fish Oil back now that I've ordered the Reliance.

Will the Country Life E complex be better than nothing? I can't
afford the FamilE until next week.

Where do you get this from? Every body is different, and each has a different level for deficiency, minimum, optimum, maximum and overdose.

common knowledge i asumed... as a general rule, 500mg of calcium is the maximum dose at one time. i mean per dose, not per day...
