Hello,

Have been messing around with some of the most available supplements and have nearly perfected my stack to suit my needs.

I have done the "Edge test" and have found to have a slight deficiency in GABA. You cant get the stuff here in Canada but its not that interesting from what I hear. Anyone with recommendations on this aspect is appreciated. The only thing that I found that could help was St John's Wort.

I have recently removed the 5-htp and Tyrosine because it doesnt seem helpful . I will introduc the 5-htp sometimes when I smoke cannabis though.

Morning:

Multivitamin
2 caps of lecithin
1 or 2 caps fish oil
1 cap Aniracetam
1 cap Rhodiola

Evening:

B complex
Fish oil
St John's Wort

The St John Wort is the latest addition and is totally awesome when combined with the above products. Without it, the stack didnt hold up as well but I may use it in the morning instead.

I once stopped using the wort because it made me feel weird and sleepy but I feel that combined with the other above supplements, its provides a great mental balance and could also help with the GABA thing, if that has anything to do, I dont know.

There is also a slight euphoria that occurs but its usually the case for the first days when you change your stack.

There is very little drowsiness too. Piracetam and Aniracetam made me feel sharp yet cloudy but somehow, the Wort takes care of this.

I used to be VERY tired in the evening but now feel somewhat "wired" instead adn require less sleep.

You haven't told us what you goal is or what problems you have had. Are you looking for tranquility, alertness, focus, energy, or what? What problem or deficiency are you trying to overcome?

I've been feeling quite tired lately, anxious as well as depressed. I was also lacking concentration and motivation. My thoughs were wandering and could even complete a simple task.

The usual stuff really. Even though I am training and eating well.

I also work as a sales rep. and the environment is very competitive so I need to stay ahead and be sharp.

There is also my thing about stimulants that I have always liked. It is not possible for me to use any illegal stimulants because I tend to have a very addictive personnality and get hooked easily so my stack adresses this too by taking some of the anxiety and edge off while still providing stimulation.

Hey, you definately can get GABA in Canada. If you live near a nutrition house, you can get NOW! brand GABA easily. Which province do you live in? And I give it a thumbs-up as a positive addition to your stack, I think it's just swell.

I called a few stores and one of them told me it was banned.

Anyways, my thougts were that adding GABA to my diet isnt as efficient as having a GABA reuptake inhibitor like St John Wort. just like 5-htp isnt the same as taking Paxil, I guess.

If you think it's worth a try, I am wiling to look into it but I will need some help finding it. I live in Quebec Canada.

Thanks !

hmmm...Quebec I don't know about, but I am holding some GABA in my hot little hands right now I bought just a month and a half ago from a shop in Toronto. Health Canada is a federal institution, but if it is indeed banned in Quebec...PM me.

Health Canada's website is so poorly organized. Allegedly there is a list of products that the Natural Health Products Directorate considers to be safe for Canadians to purchase, but I'll be damned if I can find it.

Fortunately at the moment Customs seems to be intent on seizing gay porn and prohormones. They opened my shipment of centrophenoxine, held it for a few weeks then sent it through.

I just wanted to say that I like your stack; nice and simple. I am a bit affraid of stacks that pretty much include anything that has ever proven at one time or another to have a nootropic effect, althought I have for a long time gone with such a strategy. I just had a few questions about your stack. When using herbal supplaments different sources produce remarkably different results. Could you tell which brands of the Rhodiola and St. John's wort you use? Moreover, about the Rhodiola, what effects do you get specifically from it? I've tried it multiple times in the past and can't really say with certainty what it does for me, and least I'm not able to discern its effects from just normal everday variability in mood.

Thanks
