I was wondering if anyone could see something I might be doing wrong that is giving me fatigue.
I've felt really mentally tired the last week and have had a real hard time getting school work done.
Physically I have been training martial arts 2 hours a day and feel pretty good during and after.
The only thing I could think of was maybe I am taking to much whey protein in the form of
either ON pure Whey, or Muscle Milk.
Here is my supplement regiment:
7:30am
16oz milk + cytogainer
3g Super omega 3 fish oil
NOW Adam Multi
400 IU vitamin E complex (Country Life)
Maxi-C complex (country life)
1g piracetam
200mg alpha gpc
deprenyl 1mg
8:30am
Calcium/Magnesium half serving size (Country Life)
Mixed fruit or half cup blueberries
200-400mg pyritinol
100mcg hup-a
occasionally 1-2 Biotest Spike caps.
(goto class and feel very tired lately!)
3pm-5pm
1g piracetam
NOW Adam
3g Fish oil
Cal/mag other half serving
Maxi-C Complex (country life)
(if studying I take hup-a 100mcg and pyritinol 200-400mg)
