I am far to have the competences to suggest you anything and of course you should consult a qualifies urologist. But I looked a bit into these matters because of my prostate (I am male) condition.

IDK how and why but vitamin C orally somehow cleans my whole gut system including bladder from infection from peeing 5 times a day down to 1-2
